Painting flowers...

This was sooo difficult...! I was really struggling. I hated it and I almost gave up. I need to remember to go on, to push myself a bit further... That's how I'll learn. I know this is not at all perfect... I discover new "mistakes" every time I look at it, but I'm practicing... and I'm so happy that I came this far! Made for the Full Circle class with Misty Mawn.

Painting...

...and loving the Full Circle workshop with Misty Mawn. I'm not able to keep up... there is so much inspiration - so much to try and so much to learn. But it's ok. I don't have to keep up. I'm moving forward. One tiny step at a time.

Light and dark...

This was difficult, but such a great assignment (for Full circle workshop with Misty Mawn). I find it kind of scary trying to paint something that is actually supposed to resemble an object in the real world. :) Not that the intention was to try to copy my photo, but still... I loved it though and I'm longing for more time to paint and I want to practice again and again...

Being inspired...

I am challenging myself... drawing... exploring... Loving my first workshop with Misty Mawn - Full Circle. This one was made using graphite and charcoal...
