More Cocoa Daisy August

There's an add on containing a gorgeous stencil from The Crafter's Workshop this month. I used it together with gesso and acrylic paint to create this canvas. The Maya Road chipboard window and the words that I cut out from a patterned paper, are from the main kit.

The "blobs" were made with Tattered Angels Glimmer Glam in Mermaid and the "wings" were created using one of the banner stamps, included in the main kit. The window was painted with acrylic paint and distress crackle paint and I then rubbed some distress ink (broken china) into the cracks.

After stamping I sprayed the "wings" with the Maya Mist from the July kit and covered them in clear UTEE, making it possible to slightly bend them.

These photos are from "Olympic Day" earlier this summer, where kids got to try different sports and meet some Olynpic competitors. Here is Linus with Stefan Holm, Olympic gold medallist.
